Finally the DOJI breaks up.

After a long intense battle between the bulls and bears, it seems that the BULLS have won once again as they bring the stock market roaring higher again!

BULLS are pricing in a republican swift victory and of course, big BEN QE2.

Looking at some stocks out there that are rising higher and higher and trying to find out when is the best time to short them to prepare for a short term correction.

Watching LVS and performing DCF analysis on this company. Valuation is way off but if you factor in high growth (40%) then this valuation of $49 is acceptable.

It was a bad call to sell lvs at $30, the stock rose more than 50%!

It was overvalued then, but it seems that LVS surpassed analysts’ growth expectations! Now analysts are getting more aggressive and giving LVS a huge growth potential.

LVS will continue to climb due to the high growth in Macau that continue to surpass analysts’ estimates. Today, Macau reported US$2.36 billion in October gaming revenue – highest monthly revenue so far.

----> Totlis – Good MGM trade. It’s working out so far. However, the reason I am striking MGM off my radar is due to the fact that MGM relies on LAS VEGAS (80% of its ebitda), while LVS relies on LAS VEGAS much less (20% of its ebitda). LVS earning power comes from Singapore and MACAU and not las vegas.

Las Vegas is doing really badly now, and supply concerns will seriously affect all the properties there.

However, I am also afraid that Macau or Singapore may not be able to continue growing at such a phenomenal pace. We have not seen the effect of cannibalization of the 2 Asian powerhouse.

Still looking for an interesting stock to play. Please comment if you have a good pick.

Will this company (CAT) lead a correction or a rally?

This one's been interesting the past few days.

Coastal Pacific Mining Corp. (CPMCF)

Not that I recommend it though.
