The smaller volume that accompanied the 2 rallies show that short sellers are being squeezed and few investors are putting their money in at the moment. As soon as they realized that the market is back, they might come in and this will push the markets higher.
Looking at the chart below, if the market breaks the wedge line, it is possible that we are in the midst of a bull rally correction.
