Dow Jones Industrial Bullish TARGET - 13250

After drawing several trendlines on the DJIA, it seems that there is a point that has many intersections and I have drawn 2 as shown in the chart below. The point is 13250 and that's my prediction of the DJIA by March. This is a long term bullish trend. I will analyze for shorter term trades soon.
